Position: Effectiveness Coordinator
Term: 11 Months
Classification: Classified
Location: Franklin Technology Center – Post-Secondary
Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED or HISET, additional business and/or secretarial courses,
1-3 years’ secretarial experience in progressively responsible positions preferred, preferably in a school system;
Such alternative to the above qualifications that the Board may find acceptable
Supervisory: No
Reports to: Assistant Director of Post-Secondary Education
Essential Functions:
- Must provide excellent computer software skills: MS Office Suite
- Answer incoming telephone calls and handle accordingly
- Tracks and maintains student enrollment, background checks, certification awards
- Compiles and distributes program, faculty and staff surveys
- Maintains and updates student information
- Collects, prepares, formalizes and submits local, state, and federal reporting requirements
- Assists with national accrediting body regulations and requirements
- Assists coordinators and instructors as needed
- Creates and maintain program packets
- Monitors and addresses website inquiries
- Updates and maintains program information for state funding agencies
- Coordinates professional development meetings, faculty and staff meetings
- Tracks and compiles all meeting minutes
- Creates and maintains employee files
- Prepares and organizes all necessary paperwork and filing as directed
- Carry out all other duties as assigned

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk, talk, and hear. Frequently, the employee is required to stand or sit. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and depth perception. Will occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
